Review:
For the life of me I do not know why it has a low rating - is an amazing surf movie. Heck, Im not even a surfer and went to this same critic (rarely go to the movies sports movies / inspiration). Its based on a true story, has wonderful surf scenes (having seen how-tos now I am amazed at how they managed this), and the magnificent performance. If you are looking for some ridiculous explosions, sex and mindless action prepare to be impressed by something deeper. I loved how they were not the only standard to meet masses.This is a movement with his feet on the ground for people who are looking for something that really hit home, and I'd bring , to spend $ 11 to go back to see this.
