Review:
I just saw the lovely bones today and let it set, I thought it was a huge movie! OK, I admit that Peter Jackson tried a little too much to overpower the film with CGI, but does not take anything away from the heart and the feeling that the image can generate. The first is full of great drama with fine performances all round. Saoirse Ronan (in their home country - Ireland) is a revelation as Susie Salmon. I have yet to see such a talented piece of work from such a young actress Natalie Portman in L? . She was robbed of a truly Oscar-worthy performance nomination. Rachel Weisz, Mark Wahlberg, Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci course (one of the best supporting actors today) all compelling here. I think the nay-sayers that the CGI they lost interest and forgot what this picture can really offer you the essence - tension, grief, emotions and joy.If really try to delve into this movie, you will be i & Scaron , go with your eyes in tears. If not, then I'm sorry you will not be able to look past the CGI blunders and see a very emotional movie.
