First of all: Greetings from the boy, who lives somewhere in brussels sprouts, hahahaha. Thats right, Im from Belgium, you know, a place that no one knows, not even the Europeans ... Although I really should hate this movie, I have to admit, I was a lot of fun to watch. I liked how they increased stereotyping in French, English, Germans, ... and made fun of the Catholic Church. Some commented that it was clear that the creators know anything about the countries they make jokes. Possible, but it does not bother me ever again. As a comedy, not a guide for travelers, this is how the story goes: a teenager has dumped his girlfriend on the day of their graduation. He interacts with the German girl named Mieke, but he thought it was a guy named Mike. Knowing this, and after he has seen his images, he decides to pay their besöki Berlin. But of course, they do not just end up in Berlin. They will begin their journey in London to Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Bratislava before getting ... The film script or the plot was probably the least of Directors troubles. Its obvious that they just wanted to go to Europe, have fun and film funny situation after another. Ive got the impression that most of the viewers do not mind attending film. Yes its raw material and yes it does not show anything about how the EU actually is, but it is also very fun. I will give 8/10 for this.
