Review:
Do not get me wrong, this movie is very well done. It was well acted, shot and directed. I was never bored.But I started to watch a movie about a killer who shoots mob victims sent back in time from the future ; inside and know that his latest victim will be his old self. Interesting idea - although it is not very likely. But okay, let's just run with it. That movie I saw in the trailer, get one that I expect see.So, when his future self comes back, hesitates even for a day a moment and the future even fall on him and ran away. Now today even have to track down and kill future self. Also interesting.SPOILER FOLLOWSBut then it's telekinetic farm boy who will one day rule the world with an iron fist. . . Er, brain. . . if not stopped.Huh. . . ? Where the hell did that come from? I know, I know, it is foreshadowed by showing us that 10% of the population has trivial telekinetic powers. They can make coins spilled hands.But them to me, starting this movie and the story is in mid stream to a story that originated , from other, unrelated science fiction premise.While it was refreshing that the film does not just turn into a series of consecutive actions where JGL trying to kill BW (which would have been pretty one-sided conflict, though) I found this change in focus to be much more distracting than prosthetic nose Joseph Gordon-Levitt is. As I never had a problem with.Anyway, I seem to be the only one bothered by this so just go ahead and enjoy the movie.
